Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in contract review and management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract management tools, particularly Contractbook.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and contract documents.
  • Able to work twice a week in BGC, Taguig City, specifically on Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Amenable to working a 5:00AM to 2:00PM shift schedule to support the US team.
