Client Success Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Client Success Coordinator. As a key member of our digital project management team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects.

In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will work closely with our Client Success Managers to maintain project workflows, translate briefs into actionable tasks, and support communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.

Your attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and passion for process excellence will enable you to bridge the gap between client expectations and internal delivery, driving consistent collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Client Success Managers to align on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization
  • Serving as a liaison between internal teams and client-facing teams
  • Managing projects in project management tools, such as Wrike or Teamwork
  • Driving sprint execution through sprint planning, burn down rate monitoring, and workload adjustments
  • Translating technical briefs into clear, actionable tasks for development teams
  • Tracking task progress against service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders through written English in various platforms

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Wrike or Teamwork
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts
  • Experience in interpreting and enhancing technical briefs
  • Comfortable reviewing development estimates and preparing work for client deployment
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
