The role of Salesforce Technical Lead involves:

  • Analyzing functional specifications and requirements architecture
  • Assigning tasks and defects to the team based on predefined strategies and skillsets
  • Maintaining team alignment and informing them about project requirements, risks, and quality
  • Ensuring the technical team follows principles and directions defined by the senior architect
  • Preparing discovery questions and participating in lead qualification and opportunity development meetings
  • Following up on issue defect reports and integrating quality results into project plan updates

This position requires previous experience as a senior role in software development teams, web development, and eCommerce projects. You should also have experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization, as well as good communication and presentation skills.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
