As part of our growing remote operations, we're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review and process claims in collaboration with payers and facility staff.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize billing software and tools to streamline workflow and ensure efficient results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to new applications and tools.
  • Must meet the technical and professional standards demonstrated by our current remote team members.
