Job Description:

As a Risk Advisor Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting one of our Risk Advisors. This position focuses on providing dedicated administrative assistance to ensure the smooth servicing of accounts.

You will be responsible for managing essential tasks such as preparing insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents. Your attention to detail will be crucial in accurately processing and inputting data into web-based insurance systems and CRMs.

Maintaining and updating client records and policy information is also an essential part of this role. You will need to prepare and issue certificates of insurance as requested and gather and organize client data to prepare insurance policy applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes
  • Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Proactive and comfortable working closely with one Risk Advisor in a support-focused role
