Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled project development associate to assist in the development of industrial projects from feasibility to opening.
  • As part of our team, you will help generate business opportunities and develop growth strategies for the company.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients and external parties to drive project success.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in evaluating sites' profitability and quality, project concepts and pursuing new and expansion business opportunities for real estate developments (cold storage warehouse).
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and trends in the warehouse sector.
  • Help with the entire project development process from project conceptualization, feasibility, planning, standardization, implementation, until pre-opening/pre-operational stages.
  • Monitor and control budget during the entire Project Development Process.
  • Prepare and execute implementation plans as well as monitor progress of on-going projects.
  • Administer signing of deals/agreements with various business partners and government representatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming of new project concept ideas beneficial to upcoming and existing projects.
  • Assist in prospecting for potential sites for project development, preparation of feasibility studies (cash flow and project P&L), conducting due diligence as well as deal closing and legal documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years work experience in the field of Business Development and Project Development. Preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
  • A resident of Makati, Taguig or nearby areas. Willing to travel and move across different property locations.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
