Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven professional to fill a crucial role in our organization. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key part in driving business growth by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence solutions, utilizing advanced analytics tools and techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, IT, and HR, to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Design, implement, and manage complex databases and data systems to support data-driven decision making and drive process improvements.

  • Conduct rigorous data analysis, modeling, and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing expert advice to senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies, continuously developing skills and expertise to stay ahead of the curve in the field of business intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and business acumen.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with expertise in pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies is a plus, but not required.
