  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management abilities, with flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages, with willingness to learn and grow.
  • Understanding of monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana) and ITSM tools (JiraSM, OpsGenie).
