Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team.


Location: Remote

Work Schedule: US Hours - 8am to 5pm EST (8pm to 5am PH time)


Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accounting or construction-related documents.
  • Collaborate with office staff, including Regional Management, project managers, and accounting teams.
  • Maintain accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors.
  • Review invoices for documentation and approval before payment.
  • Enter invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
  • Handle 2 and 3-way purchase order invoices, resolving internal and external customer issues.
  • Prepare accurate and effective documents and records management.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of clerical experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
  • Basic data entry skills, with proficiency in E360 platform.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and apply hands-on solutions.
  • Excellent computer and business software skills.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Accurate computations and verification of data.
  • Ability to prepare basic reports.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
