**Quality Assurance Role**

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the excellence of our software products.

Your primary responsibility is to develop, execute, and maintain automated tests to simulate user actions and behavior. You will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to identify areas that can be automated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and establish test automation strategies and processes for the company's digital solutions
  • Perform automation and manual testing to ensure product quality and stability
  • Initiate, implement, and review the design and development of all aspects of automation testing along with the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated scripts
  • Monitor all automation processes and prepare status reports for all progress
  • Document all automation processes and design an efficient automation framework for all web products
  • Implement reusable and robust test cases and evaluate results
  • Provide insights on improving the tools, environment, and architecture of our automation framework and test scripts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in automation and manual testing with a focus on software quality assurance
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium and Cypress with a strong understanding of automation testing frameworks
  • Solid technical knowledge of automation tests and scripting languages such as Python and Java
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Experience in providing inputs regarding the improvements of tools and environment of existing automation frameworks
