  • GAIN DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF OUR HOLIDAY PACKAGES TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE THEIR UNIQUE SELLING POINTS.
  • STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND COMPETITOR OFFERINGS TO ENSURE OUR PACKAGES REMAIN RELEVANT AND COMPETITIVE.
  • ORGANIZE TRAINING SESSIONS FOR TRAVEL AGENTS TO ENHANCE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF OUR DESTINATIONS AND HOLIDAY PACKAGES.
  • DRIVE AND MANAGE THE GENERATION OF QUALITY QUERIES FROM TRAVEL AGENTS TO MEET MONTHLY/QUARTERLY TARGETS.
  • Achieve high conversion rates by guiding travel agents and customers through the booking process.
