Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually stunning designs across various platforms.

  • Develop and produce high-quality visual content for marketing materials, social media platforms, websites, and print publications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with our brand strategy and messaging.
  • Utilize graphic design software to develop and refine concepts, making necessary adjustments based on feedback.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure innovative and fresh ideas in all creative work.
  • Assist in the creation of layouts and design templates for various marketing initiatives.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Communications Specialist or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and projects.
    • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
    • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency in designs.
    • Degree in Visual Communications or a related field is preferred.
