Job Title:

Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled professional to undertake the role of Cost Estimator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and revise cost estimates prepared by Project Engineers.
  • Evaluate accuracy in estimating all materials, labor, and other costs.
  • Update unit rates based on market trends.
  • Recommend revised cost estimates for approval.
  • Maintain records of estimated and actual costs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
