High-Performance Graphic Designer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing creative teams across two leading agencies in our group. As a Middleweight Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-converting paid social assets and supporting broader brand and marketing initiatives.

We are looking for designers with a sharp eye for performance-driven ad creative, particularly within Meta Ads, and a passion for combining visual impact with commercial results. You will work closely with our Art Director, internal design and strategy teams, and directly with clients to deliver standout creative that performs.

This role involves designing high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands. You will collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs, applying performance data to continuously improve your creative output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team on ad design concepts and execution
  • Apply performance data to optimize creative output
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design
  • Excellent communication skills to present ideas and interpret briefs
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
