Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-performing ad creatives for eCommerce brands.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs. They will apply performance data to continuously improve their creative output and stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing high-performing ad creatives for eCommerce brands
  • Collaborating with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs
  • Applying performance data to continuously improve their creative output
  • Staying up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing
  • Supporting internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports
  • Maintaining and evolving the visual identity in line with strategic goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design
  • Excellent communication skills-you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus-but not essential
