Dedicated Business Implementation Expert

A Dedicated Business Implementation Expert is required to drive successful end-to-end client onboarding processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of accounting knowledge, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Owning and managing all aspects of client implementations, from start to finish.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to define project plans, timelines, and key performance indicators.
- Analyzing client business processes and configuring solutions to meet their needs.
- Providing guidance to clients through data migration, system integration, and user training.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering regular project updates.
Key Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in implementing ERP or other accounting software.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.
- Proven track record in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
- Background in SaaS or technology startups is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Working Arrangements
The selected candidate must be willing to work standard US hours from Monday to Friday.
