Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation of our HR, payroll, and hiring platform. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading new client onboarding and ensuring successful software adoption and training.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our customers' success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, identify technical requirements, and develop tailored solutions for each client.

Responsibilities
  • Lead new client onboarding, from kickoff calls to successful software adoption and training.
  • Develop and maintain implementation programs for small to medium clients, including timelines, stakeholders, and key deliverables.
  • Oversight of complex process design and setup, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.

As an expert in our platform, you will provide guidance to new users, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through successful implementations.

Requirements
  • Customer-facing implementation experience: at least 3 years managing larger, more complex implementations.
  • Payroll experience: experience with US payroll, either in an implementation role or in-house payroll management.
  • Basic spreadsheet/database skills with ability to learn quickly.
