The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software life cycles and development frameworks (Agile, Lean, SAFe) and experience with project management, including PI/Quarterly planning and defining business objectives. Experience with the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence) is highly desirable.

In this role, you will assist the Product Owner with maintaining a healthy and actionable backlog, identifying and resolving roadblocks, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You will also work closely with program management, product owner, and development team to estimate target timelines based on team capacity and velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Runs Agile SDLC using both Scrum and Kanban
  2. Plans and facilitates all agile ceremonies in collaboration with the product owner, including refinements, iteration planning, retrospectives, demos, and daily stand-ups
  3. Understands program goals and objectives and works with program management, product owner, and development team to estimate target timelines based on team capacity and velocity
