We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join our team at HawodTech Solutions.

About the Role

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of working software from concept to live using Agile methodologies. This includes helping align business goals with release plans, fostering collaboration among teams, and protecting the team from external influences or distractions.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience and understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, BDD, and TDD. They should also have 2-3 years of experience working as a true Scrum Master and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, refinement sessions, discovery sessions, sprint demo, and retrospectives.
  • Challenging the team to improve processes and inspiring them to find new, better ways of working.
  • Identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
  • Driving, tracking, and communicating the progress of sprints and releases through team velocity and burn down charts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong practical experience and understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a true Scrum Master.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
