This is a full-time, hybrid role based in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile project delivery and optimizing the performance of our cross-functional software development teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading Scrom teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use
- Leading the team on how to accomplish Agile/Scrum practices
- Enable process activities of Agile development/Scrum by inspiring and backing the teams to self-align their repetitions
- Assist sprint-planning gatherings, sprint review, and confirm that teams understand their ability (velocity) to meet sprint promises
- Managing Agile Teams
- Eradicate obstacles or guide the team to remove obstacles by finding the right personnel to remove the obstruction

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in a software development environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading Scrum teams and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and project management best practices
- Certification in Scrum or other Agile frameworks (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred
