Job Title: Financial Fund Manager

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Fund Manager to oversee the accounting of cash balances and fund sources for assigned entities.
  • This role involves coordinating with various internal departments to identify and fulfill their respective funding requirements.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the Corporate Treasury team on loan and investment activities.
  • They will monitor the timing of placements and loans to ensure obligations are adequately funded.
  • A key responsibility will be tracking disbursements requiring funding and ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily transactions.
  • Additionally, the candidate will prepare Letters of Instruction for interbank fund transfers as needed.
  • They will handle foreign currency payments and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • The ideal candidate will identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fund management.
  • Other job-related duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in funds management, treasury, or finance operations is preferred.
  • The successful candidate must possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of financial systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
  • The ideal location for this role is Pasig.
