About the Role:
MCI is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for increasing our online presence and driving organic growth. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing marketing and CRM software, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal and agency teams to identify and pursue new link building opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report results on campaign performance.
  • Develop executable strategies through ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
  • Identify KPIs and complete work as needed to improve search performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, advise on ad spend and placement, test ad copy, and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with BizDev teams to ensure website optimization for PPC success and SEO performance.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in running successful lead generation campaigns using SEO, paid search, remarketing, video, social media, and other digital marketing mediums. Experience with Brightedge SEO Software and Hubspot Marketing and CRM is a plus.
