Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to work as a Project Coordinator at CHINA INTERNATIONAL WATER AND ELECTRIC CORPORATION (CWE). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager in developing project management documents, such as project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks related to project management, including managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
  • Supervise the project procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Meet with project clients to assess their needs, define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate the allocation of project resources to support the project team in achieving its objectives.
  • Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Serve as the liaison between the project team and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and team performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, document, and generate reports to support project management.
Requirements
  • A strong background in project management, with experience in developing project management documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
