Financial Operations Manager

Your Mission: Ensure accurate, compliant financial operations with a focus on revenue accounting and automation to support TrackStreet's global growth.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entry postings.
  • Process monthly revenue tasks, including reconciliations and posting of entries.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of annual tax returns.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights based on financial data.
  • Support accounts receivable tasks, including contract uploads, billing, invoicing, and cash application.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve billing issues.
  • Process monthly payroll activities, including payroll runs and payroll entries.
  • Assist with investor and bank reporting.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, payroll processing, accounts payable, and month-end close procedures.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
  • Experience working with SaaS companies.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
