Lead Generation Specialist Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team as lead generators. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers and clients, sourcing potential sales leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to engage and integrate leads into impactful campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate rapport and foster positive professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Source potential sales leads from diverse channels (e.g., social media, client referrals, events, online platforms).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to engage and integrate leads into impactful campaigns.
  • Establish and manage a sales prospecting database or CRM system, ensuring the accuracy of all details.
  • Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to maintain communication and facilitate progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of verified experience in appointment setting or lead generation.
  • Exceptional English communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and leveraging online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
  • Able to work night-shifts and adapt to new technologies quickly.
