We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to join our team as a Global Business Growth Specialist. This multifaceted role focuses on driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and establishing strategic partnerships.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to lead the charge on Coupa, DSSI, and Shopify accounts. As a key player in our sales process, you will engage in hands-on tasks, including discovery calls, and devise strategies to drive business expansion.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of strategic accounts.

You will provide excellent service to our partner clients by performing these tasks:

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the organization.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts through additional product or service offerings, upgrades, or expanded usage.
  • Regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to sales management.
  • Participating in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to stay informed and aligned with organizational goals.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or related fields, specifically selling into enterprise-level accounts (US/AUS/UK clients).
  • At least 1 year of experience using Salesforce software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, or a directly related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Coupa, DSSI, and Shopify platforms.
  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and creatively develop processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing, managing time and projects, and multitasking in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and staff in a diverse, global environment.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
