Job DescriptionAs a Support Team Associate, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls and emails, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also ensure efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues, leveraging client-specific tools and software to track and manage customer interactions.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong preference for candidates with call center experience. Fluency in written and spoken business English is essential, as well as fast and accurate data entry skills, problem-solving abilities, and active listening skills.
