Project Coordinator Position Available

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator.

This position will play a vital role in driving private-label and branded initiatives forward by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing artwork development processes, and maintaining accurate project data.

As a key support to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and tracking project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and tracking project plans.
  • Coordinate end-to-end artwork management.
  • Report on and coordinate packaging transitions and associated liabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Own the accuracy and maintenance of critical project data.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience is required.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, is essential.

Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and possess exceptional attention to detail.

Familiarity with project management tools, such as MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, and ERP systems, is an asset.
