Virtual Assistant Role

This is a remote position that requires a Virtual Assistant to support administrative tasks in a flexible setup.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.

The Virtual Assistant will assist with routine tasks, data entry, and document handling while maintaining accuracy and reliability.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for timely completion of tasks and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative and data entry tasks using Excel and Word.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across assigned duties.
  • Communicate effectively with the team during scheduled hours.
Schedule:

Flexible scheduling available within CST and PHT time zones.

Ability to work independently and maintain a distraction-free workspace.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of Virtual Assistant or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
  • Reliable internet connection and strong organizational skills.
  • Availability for training and scheduling flexibility.
