Job Opportunity

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities. You will work to promptly professionally and courteously resolve questions received through the ticketing tool and email.

  • Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Aus and NZ

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with our Senior Manager, Payroll to deliver positive employee experiences.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of various statutory requirements, conducting audits of payroll records, familiarizing yourself with taxation laws and regulations, resolving payroll discrepancies/queries, and supporting process improvement projects.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess 3 years of experience in AUS payroll, experience with payroll processing and wage attachment, knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems, strong analytical skills, great interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
