Cloud Technology Support Role

This is an opportunity to work in a cloud technology support role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's systems. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background. They should have knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, M365–Exchange online, ODfB, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure IaaS and Customer Focus.

Key responsibilities include ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved, monitoring queues for incoming alerts and incidents, working in collaboration with other members of the team to ensure speedy resolution of client issues, taking ownership of cases escalated to Microsoft, managing comms between customer and vendor, setting up troubleshooting calls, taking detailed case notes and accurately logging time into the system.

Additional requirements include being able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, identifying problems and evaluating alternative solutions, good knowledge of the tools and applications (or equivalent) being used internally, ServiceDesk, Monitoring Reporting/Tool, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Information Protection, SharePoint Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM, Mimecast, Netskope, VMWare and SolarWinds: N-Able.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background
