Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.

  • You will play a crucial role in shaping the cloud infrastructure and leading technical projects. This includes managing complex projects and cloud migrations using your programming background and expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing JIRA project configurations including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types.
  • Providing support for Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary.
  • Implementing high-impact automations across departments to improve turnaround time and process reliability.
  • Identifying and delivering new automation initiatives aligned with emerging business requirements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to scope, build, and refine automated workflows.
  • Post-migration support and administration of JIRA and Confluence SaaS platforms.
  • Integrating user onboarding with Okta and Active Directory to improve provisioning and access management.
  • Planning, executing, and supporting complex AWS cloud migrations with workload assessments, strategy design, and post-migration optimization.
Experience / Competences:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong Jira experience covering migration, design, and administration.
  • Strong Confluence experience covering migration, design, and administration.
  • Proficiency in programming with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions.
  • Good collaboration & communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS including migrations, cloud automation, security best practices, and architectural design.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in Microsoft Power family of tools, particularly Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance within cloud environments.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions such as CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
