The Cloud Infrastructure Lead provides technical delivery leadership on client engagements, leads architectural design sessions, and fosters a collaborative team culture.

People Development in Project
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to younger career team members.
  • Serve as coach to support upskilling of team members and build their confidence in infrastructure delivery.
  • Help establish relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and outside of the practice.
Delivery Support Activities
  • Function as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills.
  • Partner with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones are aligned to a project plan.
  • Have a strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and IaC (Bicep or Terraform).
  • Help the delivery team reach billable targets by breaking through project blockers.
  • Facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary.
  • Drive alignment between technical mesh points and provide technical oversight and direction.
  • Keep informed of the latest technologies impacting existing offerings.
Business Development Leadership
  • Gain exposure to other 3Cloud offerings to position in existing infrastructure engagements.
  • Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities.
  • Lead and guide infrastructure offerings committees defining standard offerings.
Lever Factors That Help Grow Our Business
  • Reach trusted advisor status within multiple accounts supporting 'Land & Expand' approach.
  • Lead and guide engagements helping infrastructure teams scale out.
  • Support teammates with unblocking engagements and remediating possible escalations.
  • Create reusable artifacts enabling team members to bill their time to clients.
