Optimize Digital Products for Etsy Success

We seek a skilled digital download manager to lead our digital storefront operations, leveraging expertise in Etsy's algorithm, keyword optimization, and digital product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Listing Management: Manage listings for downloadable products on Etsy, ensuring they are fully optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.
  • Keyword Research and Implementation: Conduct thorough keyword research and implement Etsy SEO best practices to improve shop visibility and drive traffic.
  • Product Description Writing: Craft compelling, search-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags for digital downloads.
  • File Delivery and Troubleshooting: Ensure seamless file delivery and troubleshoot customer access issues in a timely manner.
  • Visual Design: Design or coordinate product visuals using Canva or Adobe tools to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Monitor shop analytics and adjust listings to improve traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with Etsy algorithm updates, SEO trends, and marketplace policies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, providing exceptional support and service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with digital products.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword tools (e.g., eRank, Marmalead, EverBee), and listing optimization.
  • Digital File Formats: Familiarity with digital file formats (PDF, PNG, ZIP, etc.) and delivery automation.
  • Design Software: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Etsy analytics and sales data.
  • Organizational Skills: Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
