About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Marketing Specialist to drive audience growth and engagement across our brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, graphics, and videos tailored for LinkedIn and digital platforms.

Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective content strategies that drive consistent audience growth and reach across both brands. This involves planning scripts and shot lists, collaborating with our AU team, designing graphics, and editing raw footage into high-quality short- and long-form videos with hooks, captions/subtitles, and on-brand visuals.

You will also manage the content calendar, including posts, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, decks, landing pages, and EDM copy. Additionally, you will maintain and update our websites with light SEO optimisation (titles, thumbnails, UTMs).

To ensure efficient marketing operations, reporting, and analytics, you will build and manage CRM segments, automations, and dashboards; deliver weekly performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with excellent written English skills, strong graphic design abilities, and proficiency in video editing tools. You should have experience with CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics, and presentation tools. A highly organised individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities is essential for this role.
