Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Risk Investigator to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and eliminating online e-commerce risk, ensuring the integrity of our transactions and protecting our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and investigate suspicious transactions and activities that may pose a risk to our business
  • To conduct thorough analysis and research to determine the validity of transactions and the authenticity of customers
  • To collaborate with internal teams and external partners to share knowledge and best practices in risk management
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills and ability to compose clear and concise written responses
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fields such as investigations, payments, security, or banking domain
  • Intermediate knowledge of e-commerce and MS tools
