You will also work closely with the DPMO Head and cross-functional teams to document processes, track project progress, and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Documentation:
    1. Develop, update, and maintain detailed process documentation, including DPMO practice guides and the PM playbook.
  2. Project Monitoring & Coordination:
    1. Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to established PMO standards.
    2. Track key project metrics and milestones, identifying issues and proposing corrective actions.
    3. Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
  3. Collaboration & Support:
    1. Work closely with the DPMO Head and team members to review current processes and identify areas for improvement.
    2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective project delivery.
