About This Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Designer who can craft compelling and innovative visual solutions to drive consumer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts that meet the highest standards of quality and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and target audience needs.
  • Managing the full design lifecycle from concept to completion.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their marketing strategies and deliver high-quality results that have an instant impact on consumers.
  • Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing briefs.
  • Overseeing the preparation of finished files to ensure they meet output specifications.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for design and creativity.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital design, preferably with a reputable agency.
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
  • Consistent record of delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
  • Experience working closely with clients during kick-off meetings.
  • Confident in bringing innovative ideas and creativity to projects while adhering to design guidelines.
  • Strong client liaison skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Effectively prioritizing workload to manage client delivery while influencing clients with ideas and conceptual creativity.
  • Extensive experience in photo manipulation.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is beneficial.
  • On and offline design experience with emphasis on digital.
  • Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing client environment.
  • A passionate and inspiring creative.
  • Able to learn new software and programs efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-motivated, working with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player, open-minded and non-political.
  • Discreet about confidential and personal information.
  • Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Passionate about AI and new technologies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features critical.
