We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of a Web & Graphic Designer.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for our digital platforms, including web pages, UI elements, and social media assets. They will also develop engaging branding materials such as logos, style guides, and visual identities.

In addition to design expertise, we require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Digital Design:
  • Design web pages, UI elements, and email graphics that enhance user experience.
  • Create social media assets that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  1. Branding:
  • Develop logos, style guides, and visual identities that represent our brand.
  1. Print Materials:
  • Design flyers, business cards, packaging, and book covers that meet our brand standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in web and graphic design.
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and bonus points for AI design tools.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • A reliable computer setup with Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, high-speed internet (50 Mbps+), and a backup plan.
  • A helpful, open-minded, and ego-free attitude toward design feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.
