The role involves assisting in the collection of market intelligence through a combination of online research and direct outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting apartment staff or reviewing trusted websites to gather key property data such as rental rates, occupancy levels, and other market-specific information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling local apartment communities to verify and update property information
  • Conducting online research to gather rental and occupancy data
  • Tracking development pipelines: what's being built, where, and by whom
  • Identifying property sales, listings, and ownership changes
  • Inputting and managing data using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Communicating findings clearly and accurately via internal tools
Requirements:
  • A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Comfortable using a VOIP system via Microsoft Teams for phone calls
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • A reliable computer setup, preferably with dual monitors and a stable internet connection
  • Someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work
  • Previous experience or interest in commercial real estate is a plus, but not required
