Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist who will play a vital role in driving product quality initiatives by efficiently triaging bugs and actively supporting the validation and analysis of user feedback to drive product improvements. This position ensures the delivery of a high-quality user experience, contributing to our team's efforts in providing a reliable, user-focused solution that meets user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on our product, managing bugs and feedback to deliver a high-quality user experience.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to internal customers across designated channels.
  • Create data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive improvements within the function.
  • Engage with the team, sharing valuable insights, offering solutions, and addressing potential challenges.
  • Manage bug reports, feedback reports, metrics, data analyses, and quality audits to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills, effectively addressing bugs and feedback, and collaborating with team members and internal customers to resolve knowledge gaps and errors.
Requirements:
  • Strong research, navigation, and investigative skills, with a keen ability to gather relevant information.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Coda, and Jira or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Forms, Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, capable of gaining the cooperation of colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvements to workflows.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking.
