Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will oversee a number of assigned projects and be accountable for delivering them successfully within specified parameters. Exceptional communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills are essential.

Multiple projects of varying scale and scope are critical to the success of our organization's strategy and goals.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have experience in successfully leading multiple projects, monitoring performance, and mitigating risks. They must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Assertiveness and strong leadership skills are also critical.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with project leads to ensure that all projects have completed project charters, roadmaps, RACI, governance, and risk registers
  • Lead or support project kick-off calls with stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, aligned to set objectives and standards
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of the project team members and vendors/contractors
  • Report and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and to the Leadership Team to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate deviations from the project plan
  • Proactively manage project risks and mitigate issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and project performance

Other responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate project team meetings and communication, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Create project presentations/reports as requested by stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years leading project delivery. Experience working on projects related to software development, customer operations, process optimization, or knowledge development is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience using project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Monday.com and Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing change without direct authority.
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong team collaboration skills. Including reliability, positivity, problem-solving, and respect for diversity.
  • Experience leading virtual meetings.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
