Client Partnership Executive

This is a key role that drives the success of client-virtual assistant partnerships. As a Client Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with international clients and ensuring seamless collaborations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead video interactions with clients to address their needs and concerns
  • Develop and manage high-performing teams of virtual assistants to deliver exceptional service
  • Bridge the gap between clients and VAs by providing effective communication and support
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive engagement and issue resolution
  • Create opportunities for VA growth and development within the organization
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred)
  • Excellent client management skills, including relationship building and maintenance
  • Leadership/Supervisory experience, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Professional-level English communication skills for executive interactions
  • Business acumen and understanding of what drives client satisfaction

You are an experienced VA who excels in client relationship management, team development, and collaboration.
