Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a US Tax Preparer. In this role, you will represent us by providing support and expertise to customers on premium services.

As a US Tax Preparer, you will work with a team of experienced tax professionals to prepare and review federal and state income tax returns. You may also conduct tax research and analyze complex tax issues to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients, obtain and review tax information, prepare tax returns, and perform tax research projects.
  • Ensure clients comply with IRS regulations and work to minimize their tax liabilities.
  • Review client financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant records to confirm accuracy and adherence.
  • Collaborate with senior tax professionals and support the delivery of premium services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English language proficiency (C1 minimum)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to take 1-on-1 calls with clients in English
  • 2-3 years of experience with US tax preparation
