**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Development Specialist to join our team at Ateneo De Manila University. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and evaluating adaptive performance management systems, career development programs, and learning frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of career management, performance management systems, and various learning development techniques. They will be responsible for monitoring the performance of probationary employees, overseeing the delivery of learning programs, and formulating leadership development programs for potential and incumbent leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements an adaptive performance management system
- Develops high-quality orientation, onboarding, and socialization experience for new team members
- Coordinates the attendance and payments of OPT&OD team members to capability development programs
- Reviews employee capability and development programs, and redesigns a responsive transition program
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in management, psychology, or a related field. You will also require at least eight (8) years of experience designing, administering, and evaluating career progression, performance management, promotions management, succession planning, and learning and development systems.
