Senior Search Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Search Marketing Lead to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large paid search budgets and a deep understanding of Google and Microsoft Ads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the US Paid Media team to understand client business objectives and campaign requirements, as well as monitoring campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

The role will also involve managing and analyzing campaign performance data to improve campaign ROI, accommodating and accomplishing side projects/task assigned for team development from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to improve campaign ROI
  • Work closely with the US Paid Media team to understand client business objectives and campaign requirements
  • Monitor campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising
  • Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets (exceeding $500K USD/month)
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques
