Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our organic and paid traffic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Manage on-page and technical SEO, including metadata, speed optimization, and site architecture.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize content for improved search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Google Ads Management:
  • Lead and manage all Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, Remarketing).
  • Align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Build high-performing campaigns with effective copy, strong segmentation, and responsive assets.
  • Manage manual bidding, budget pacing, and campaign scaling for ROI-driven growth.
  • Run continuous A/B tests and performance optimizations.
  • Provide high-level reporting and actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has proven experience implementing SEO with measurable results, expert-level knowledge of both SEO and Google Ads, and proficiency with Shopify.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience implementing SEO with measurable results.
  • Expert-level knowledge of both SEO and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with Shopify is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Confidence using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advanced conversion tracking setups.
  • Attention to detail and strong brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and deliver results in a remote role.
