Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Support Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with e-commerce clients, helping them understand and utilize our testing platform.

You'll report to the Support Manager and communicate daily with customers via email, Slack, and chat to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Become a product expert to answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Manage multiple customer conversations at once
  • Own follow-ups and ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
  • Spot trends in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and operations teams
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and training
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to think on your feet and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or business intelligence platforms is a plus
