Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled investment professional to execute equity transactions and provide strategic advisory services.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will be proactive in acquiring new clients, managing relationships, executing trades, and conducting market analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Develop long-term partnerships with institutional clients, fund managers, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate investors.
    • Identify and engage new prospective clients to expand the portfolio and drive trading volume.
    • Provide comprehensive market insights, tailored stock recommendations, and timely trade ideas.
  • Trade Execution & Market Analysis
    • Execute trades efficiently and in compliance with regulations and internal risk management protocols.
    • Monitor financial markets, corporate actions, and economic indicators for trading opportunities and risk mitigation.
    • Collaborate with research, compliance, and trading teams for enhanced client service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Registered Equities Securities Salesman license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of equities, bonds, foreign exchange, money markets, and derivatives.
  • Understanding of trading platforms, market mechanisms, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Fookien required.
  • Willingness to work on a commission-only compensation structure.
