As a Director Manager for Wealth Investment and Asset Management, your role typically involves overseeing and directing the strategic planning, operations, and financial performance of the BPO division within a company. Here are some common responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
  2. Managing the overall performance of the Wealth Investment and Asset Management division, including client satisfaction, quality assurance, and cost management.
  3. Leading and supervising a team of managers and professionals to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
  4. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  5. Analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and recommending strategies to expand the Wealth Investment and Asset Management services.
  6. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the BPO division.
  7. Overall, as a Director of Wealth Investment and Asset Management, your role is crucial in driving the growth and success of the BPO division within an organization.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is often preferred.
  2. Extensive experience in Wealth Investment, Asset Management, Fund Servicing, Fund Accounting, Risk & Compliance, Equity Fund, Unit Trust Pricing, Client Services, Financial Portfolio Lifecycle, CSAT standpoint, Stock Market, Investment, Mutual Funds, Products, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
  3. Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php250,000.00 per month
